  Abdul Rahman Omar Abdulla has over 28 years of local and regional experience in the financial sector. He has held senior management positions covering areas of human resources, finance and general management, and has extensive knowledge of local business environment.

  Chris Coombe has over 30 years of international financial experience gained in Europe, Asia and the United States, including as chief financial officer at Fidelity International and Group Financial Controller at Schroders PLC.

  Anders Ljungqvist

  Anders Ljungqvist has over 24 years of global investment experience in equities, fixed-income and foreign exchange markets. He joined Invest AD from Volvo Group, where he was director of corporate finance, and previously had a senior management role for Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, SEB Group. His international experience includes assignments in the United States, United Kingdom, Brazil and Asia.

  Paul Tuckey

  Paul is a Chartered Accountant and Senior Associate of FINSIA with over 16 years Corporate Finance, Investment Advisory and Funds Management experience in real estate and infrastructure. Prior to joining Invest AD, Paul held numerous senior management positions within large international advisory firms as well as ASX 200 and FTSE 100 companies.

  Biswajit Dasgupta

  Biswajit Dasgupta has more than 21 years of experience, including ten years with ABN AMRO, and a stint at Dubai Bank, where he set up its treasury and investment business.

  Abbas Mohamed Abbas

  Abbas Mohamed Abbas has been with Invest AD for 26 years, holding senior management positions in the areas of Treasury & Capital Markets, Risk Management and Loan Syndication.

• Mohammed Al Hashemi

  With over 16 years in investment management, Mohammed Al Hashemi previously worked for the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority in London, where he was a portfolio manager and head of investment strategy for Europe.

• David Sanders

  David has over 17 years of experience in asset management in the United States, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates. He has managed funds for the National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) and for Procter & Gamble’s global pension business, and was a senior analyst at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA).

  Samir Assaad

  Samir Assaad has 18 years of private equity experience, globally and in the Middle East. He has worked at NBK Capital in Dubai, where he headed the firm’s private equity operations, has managed funds for Nova Capital in London and worked on leverage finance and M&A at Chase Securities in New York.

• Serkan Kizil

  Serkan Kizil has over 13 years of experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financings in the Middle East, the United States and Europe. He has a strong investment banking background with Goldman Sachs in New York and London, specializing in deals in the industrial and services sectors, mostly for private equity clients.

  Stephen Swanson

  With 17 years experience on Wall Street, Stephen Swanson has served as senior legal counsel at Citigroup’s global wealth management unit, and represented global investment banks while working at law firms Jones Day and Clifford Chance

• Risk and Compliance

  Pascal Mang

  Pascal Mang has over 20 years of experience in financial services, hold senior positions at Man Investments, Citibank and UBS. At Man Investments he was head of investment structures for Europe, and previously head of legal and compliance for the firm’s operations in Switzerland.

• Internal Audit

  Royston Armstrong

  Royston Armstrong has 26 years of internal auditing experience, most recently as Head of Internal Audit and Risk Management at Alliance Trust PLC, a FTSE 100 company based in Edinburgh, UK. Prior to this, Armstrong was Vice President: Internal Control at The Bank of New York in the UK, following extensive experience in the financial services industry at, among others, TSB Insurance, Abbey National and Alliance & Leicester.

  Thierry Gimmonet

  Thierry Gimonnet joined Invest AD after more than a decade at Goldman Sachs, including as head of the U.S. investment bank’s corporate accounting division in London.

  Sonia Hutchins

  With over 22 years of experience, Sonia Hutchins brings a strong pedigree in corporate strategy. A qualified chartered accountant, she worked at Citi for nearly 15 years, including in the investment bank’s strategy and planning group for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

  Mubarak Al Hajeri joined Invest AD in early 2007, having previously worked at oil and gas producer ADMA. He has a degree in Business and General Management from Portland State University, and an MBA from United Arab Emirates University.

  Jackie Fitzgerald has over a decade of experience in financial services in the Middle East, with a strong track record in raising capital for regional investments, product development and client service management. She has worked in Dubai, as global head of sales for Shuaa Capital, as well as in Bahrain and in the United Kingdom.

  Stephen Bowey has 30 years of communications and marketing experience in the financial services and publishing industries, including at Old Mutual, Elsevier, and College Hill. He has wide international experience in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
